We believe it is super important to show your product being used in realistic settings that your customers want to see. We have many indoor and outdoor location options available. Please fill out your location requests on your questionnaire, and we will do our best to find the perfect spot for your project.

Yes! We are happy to shop for props needed for your video and images. We include a budget of $50 per project. If you have specific requests for props that are over that $50 amount, we will let you know the extra costs for those props (food, flowers, clothing, decor, etc.).

We recommend using your video on your Shopify Website and Amazon product listing detail page. As an extra bonus, we will also send you a shorter version that you can use for Sponsored Brand Video Ads on Amazon. You can also use your video on your website, social media pages, and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc). We create a main video that is between 50 and 60 seconds. We also include a *Bonus* shorter video to use for ads that is between 30-45 seconds long.

Yes! On the payment page, there is an option to pay for your project in one payment, or to break up your payment into 2 payments. If you select the 2 payment plan option, you will need to make the second payment before we send you your finished content.
